What we collect

• Conversations — your chat messages and AI responses, stored per session.
• Memory — things you share across sessions (people you mention, emotional themes, patterns).
• Name — only if you choose to share it. Completely optional.
• Voice input — if you use the microphone (available on supported browsers), speech is processed on your device using system speech recognition. We do not store audio recordings.
• Actions — small actions suggested and whether you chose to try them.

We generate a random ID stored in your browser to link your sessions. No email, no account, no personal identifiers.

Why

So you can revisit past sessions, allow the AI to remember context, and gently follow up on actions. We only collect the minimum data required to provide the app's functionality.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored securely via Supabase infrastructure using industry-standard security practices. Messages are processed by a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) to generate responses and summaries. We only send the minimum data required. Voice input is processed entirely on your device — no audio recordings are transmitted or stored.

AI training

We have opted out of OpenAI data training. Your conversations are not used to train AI models.

How to delete your data

Open the app and tap “Delete all my data” in the menu. This permanently removes all sessions, memories, and actions immediately. You are always in control of your data and can delete it at any time.

Data retention

Sessions are automatically deleted after 90 days.

What we don't do

No tracking cookies. No advertising. No data sold. No unnecessary analytics.
